In the firehouses of Detroit, cooking together isn’t just tradition — it’s how bonds are forged. For Mike Urban, Brian Vogal, and Jeff Smith, those shared meals over years of service planted the seed for something bigger.
When their pensions were cut, rather than simply endure, they answered a different kind of call. They pooled their savings, found a spot on Greater Mack Ave, and hired Chef Nick Murray to bring their vision to life.
